Event Hosting Rules

EVENT BOOKING + PRICING

FUSE Coworking offers its premium Haymarket community space to members and outside companies.  FUSE aims to promote entrepreneurs, startups, organizations, and small to large businesses growing within our local community, and we are happy to host events that foster these goals.

All events that book the spaces outlined below are managed through our booking system. FUSE staff must be notified with each booking to ensure correct set-up and coordination is in place. Please understand it is still your responsibility to either book the event space in advance, or confirm that FUSE staff made the booking, to ensure it is reserved for your event.

FUSE Policies + Procedures

Please contact us to make your reservation and see availability. All reservations must be made at least two weeks prior to the event date for booking events and confirmed with FUSE staff.

Payment of 50% of contracted total must be made to FUSE at time of booking the event and final 50% at completion of event. Catering or beverage services must be organized by the company or member organizing the event. FUSE will provide a list of local vendors available to the event planner if they would like to reach out and organize food or beverages for the event. All catering, beverages or food being brought in must be cleared with the FUSE staff. If you are providing alcohol during a private event, you must have a licensed bartender.

FUSE Accommodations

FUSE has an extensive office area that can be made available for events.  There are numerous tables, chairs, and desks that can be kept in place or moved around for the convenience of the event attendees.  All accommodations for set up need to be cleared with the FUSE event staff by two weeks prior to the event. It is most convenient if the individual wishing to host an event at FUSE makes time to take a tour of the facilities with the event organizer so accommodations can be planned in advance of the event.

FUSE Social Media Advertisement

FUSE has numerous outlets for advertising on social media, and we are willing to advertise your event if you would like.  Please let the FUSE event organizer know at least two weeks prior to the event about which social media outlets you would like your event advertised on. Or if it is a private event, please inform the event organizer so that it is not made available to the public.
