Our Team

Rena Valentino is the Executive Director of FUSE. Rena joined FUSE in April 2017 and previously ran two companies of her own: Embrace Strategy and ChargeUp Health and Fitness. She is a marketing and strategy guru and we are thrilled that she is now leading FUSE.

FUSE Coworking was started in 2013 by the Three Amigos of Coworking:
Matt Westenburg, Andy Beecham and Robert Hinrichs. 

Matt Westenburg, C.P.A., works with SP Group, P.C. His passion lies in assisting Nebraska entrepreneurs with the growth, operations and the eventual transition of their businesses. 

Robert Hinrichs is a Senior Engineer at Common Sense Media, a nonprofit dedicated to helping kids thrive in a world of media and technology.  He founded ISL Consulting, a Web development agency specializing in Drupal.  ISL was acquired in 2012 by ClearMetrics of New York. Robert holds a Juris Doctor from U.C. Hastings College of the Law.  

Andy Beecham is an owner and Senior PeopleSoft Consultant at LogicGate, LLC. Andy is an independent software professional focused in Higher Education Administration. Built on experience begun in 1995, his clients are colleges and universities across the United States, large and small, public and private. Andy is based in Bellingham, WA.
